Day of Coordination
- 8 hours of management from time of arrival
- Thorough walkthrough of venue
- Detailed timeline
- Assist with vendor setup/event direction/strike/payments
- Assist with guest direction/seating for ceremony/cocktail hour/reception
- Setup of signage/programs/seating chart/place cards/guest book/gift table/menu cards
